Erm, too many - I'm an addon junky

Just a word of caution. ALWAYS use a virus scanner on all downloads of addons. One of our guild members got hacked after downloading an addon from curse. So beware!

The main ones for me, as a raid healer, are...

• CTRa - very very useful for raid leaders and healers. The raid frames, in my case, are used with clique (see below). The MT frame is very useful too - especially when multiple MT healing on some bosses. I have it set to MT's, MT's target, MT's target target.
  
• decursive - allows me to one click cleanse each person afflicted
  
• Grid - an excellent addon for healers - allowing one click heals. Use it with clique
  
• Clique - allows keys to be mapped to heals in an easy way
  
• Pallypower - a must for paladin blessing management in raids
  
• Quartz - Excellent cast bar. Main feature is it has an estimate of lag built into the bar which allows you to cast quicker - essential for a raid healer
  
• X-Perl - Replaces player and party frames - clearer buff display
