Paladin healing macro
Here is what I use...
General heal macro(s)
then I place that under my clique button for all my FoL's and HoL's. That is, I have left-click mapped to the above macro and flash of light(max rank) and shift-left-click mapped to above with flash of light(rank 5). Similar for Holy Light.
The /use 13 and /use 14 fire the trinkets (whatever they happen to be. If they are on cooldown, nothing happens, the macro just skips them).
The /stopcasting part allows me to click again before the heal lands if I want to cancel it. This is very useful for MT healing. If I dont click it again before the heal lands, the heal will, erm, land
The [target=mouseover] just lets me click a party frame or CTRa frame or Grid frame or even (more rarely) a player directly. This even works on CTRa's MT frame which lets me instantly click on the targets target (usually the friendly person who has aggro from the baddy at this moment).
Specialist heal macro
I use this on boss fights for bosses that periodically sacrifice a player. Before engaging the boss I will set focus by using clique. Then during the encounter I will mash the macro. It will heal the friendly who has aggro whoever that is at the time I press the key. Useful for encounters such as Thorngrin the Tender in Botanica, Terestian Illhoof in Karazan or Gurtogg Bloodboil in the Black Temple.
